Return Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

No returns or exchanges unless a mistake was made on our part, or if the product you purchased was arrived damaged.

We will issue refunds only for those items damaged in transit, and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will NOT issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs office or for items returned to us for insufficient addresses.

It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with their local Customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Hypebeatpods is not responsible for confiscated or undelivered goods.
